超大模数齿轮齿条承载能力影响因素研究

摘    要:超大模数齿轮齿条的承载能力是影响升降系统安全性、可靠性的关键因素。针对某风电安装船齿轮齿条式升降系统中所采用的超大模数渐开线圆柱齿轮,分析影响齿轮齿条强度的主要参数。建立齿轮齿条啮合有限元分析模型,基于有限元法,研究齿轮的变位系数x、压力角α、齿顶高系数h*a、齿顶隙系数c*、齿根圆角半径系数ρ*f、模数m及齿条宽度b对齿轮与齿条接触强度及弯曲强度的影响规律。分析结果表明:每个参数对齿轮齿条承载能力都有较大程度的影响,但影响程度各不相同。

Abstract:The carrying capacity of super-modulus rack and pinion is a key factor which affects security and reliability of a jacking systems.Main partameters which affect the strength of rack and pinion in a jacking system was analyzed.According to supper-modulus involute cylindrical gears used in rack and pinion jacking system of a wind power installation vessel.Finite element analysis model of rack and pinion was built;pinion profile shift x,pressure angle α,addendum coefficient h*a,tooth gap coefficient c*,tooth fillet coefficient ρ*f,modulem and width of rack affect contact strength and bending strength of rack and pinion were studied with the FEA.The study results show that every parameter has a large influence on the carrying capacity of rack and pinion,but their degrees of influence are different.
