摘    要:针对含轮毂、腹板、轮缘的齿轮结构特点,将其简化为一阶梯变厚度环板,应用Mindlin中厚板理论推导了他横向弯曲振动的频率方程,求得了固有频率,计算结果与有限元模态分析结果非常吻合。并通过大量算例分析了影响计算精度的主要因素是齿轮的厚径比和轮毂与腹板的厚度之比,在中厚板理论适用范围内(厚径比小于0.5)及轮毂与腹板厚度比小于2的情况下,本文理论计算可以获得很高精度。

Abstract:According the structural elements of the gear such as wheel boss,web,and wheel flange,we simplify it as an annular plate with stepped variable thickness,and calculate its natural frequency based on the Mindlin theory for moderate-thick plates.The gear's natural frequency obtained by theoretical model is consistent with that of finite element.By many calculation examples,we found that the main factors which affect the accuracy of the calculation are the ratio of thickness to diameter and the thickness ratio of wheel boss to web.In the application range of the moderate-thick plates theory,i.e.the ratio of thickness to diameter is less then 0.5,and the thickness ratio of wheel boss to web is less then 2,the calculated results are very accurate.
