| 摘 要： | 通过信息属于战略资源的观点,说明知识经济时代需要各类档案信息人才,档案馆属于信息源流。论述了当前所需的档案信息人才应该是掌握多种专业知识、具有创造力和开拓力的复合型人才,他们应具备的五种基本素质。提出档案人员必须加强继续教育以求知识、技术的不断更新。

| Abstract: | Through the view point of information belonging to the tactic resource.The article showed that we need the person with ability of archives and information in the era of economic knowledge.Archives is the headstream of information.The author discussed that qualified person on archives and information should be compound person who master multi-professional knowledge,be provided with creativity and exploitive.They should have five basic faculty.It also put forward that archivist must strengthen continuing education so as to improve knowledge and technology. |
