摘    要:介绍因空冷塔液位计变送器元件故障,造成分子筛吸附器进水故障的过程,分析了分子筛吸附器和空压机进水情况,采取相应措施处理以保证空分设备安全运行,最后总结了操作和处理经验。

Analysis and treatment of water penetration into molecular sieve adsorber caused by the fault of level gauge in air cooling tower
Abstract:The water penetration into molecular sieve adsorber caused by the fault of the transmitter elements of level gauge in air cooling tower is introduced. Based on the analysis of the water penetration status in molecular sieve adsorber and air compressor,corresponding measures have been adopted to guarantee the safe operation of air separation unit.Finally,the operation and treatment experiences are also summarized.
