摘    要:井控节流阀是钻井井控管汇中的关键设备,直接关系到压井的成败。根据节流阀实际流场情况,建立了楔形节流阀三维有限元模型,并基于流体动力学理论,运用流体分析软件对高压井控节流阀内的三维流场进行了模拟,得出节流阀内部流场分布规律及特点。结果表明,由于内部流体的高速流动,阀芯在楔形面沿轴向处以及前端处会首先发生冲蚀失效。将该分析结果与现场阀芯失效的实际情况进行了比较,结果非常吻合。

Abstract:Throttle valves are one of the important equipments in the well-control header,the normal operation of which a successful well killing will lie on.In this paper,based on the actual flow field of the throttle,setting up a three-dimensional finite element model of the wedge-shaped throttle,and on the basis of hydrodynamics,using the modern analytic software to simulate the flow fields in high-pressure throttle valves.The results show that,because of the high-speed flow of the internal flow field of throttle,finding that erosion is first occurs along the axial direction in the wedge-shaped surface,and which is very consistent with the actual situation when comparing with the actual conditions of the oilfield.
