循环-吸附分离反应工艺对提高甲烷氧化偶联反应C_2收率的作用

摘    要:在循环-吸附分离反应器中对甲烷氧化偶联制C2烃类反应进行了研究,并考察了循环比、CH4/O2比、甲烷空速等因素的影响。研究发现,利用循环-吸附分离反应工艺,可同时提高OCM反应的CH4转化率和C2选择性,解决C2收率低的问题。在掺杂的CaTiO3催化剂体系上,通过循环-吸附分离反应,CH4转化率、C2选择性和收率分别高达64.3%、85.4%和55%。

Abstract:Oxidation coupling of methane(OCM) reaction has been investigated in a recycle-adsorption separation system. The effects of operational factors such as recycle ratio, CH4/O2 ratio and CH4 space velocity on the reaction have also been studied. It was found that by using this process both C2 selectivities and CH4 conversions were improved simultaneously for OCM reaction, thus solving the problem of lower C2 yield. Over the doped CaTiO3 catalyst, CH4 conversion, C2 selectivity and yield were improved to 64. 3%, 85. 4r8 and 55% separately.
