摘    要:渗流及渗流量分析是初次蓄水的重要分析内容之一.本文通过对坝基、坝肩地下水位观测资料的分析,评价渗流稳定和总结渗流规律,运用渗流渗透压力和库水位相关关系、位势分析等手段证明了吉林台一级电站尽管观测渗流量较大但不存在影响稳定问题的结论.电站是安全的,为堆石坝的渗流稳定分析提供参考.

Abstract:Seepage analysis is an important part in initial impoundment analysis. By analysis on underground water level at dam foundation and abutment, seepage stability can be evaluated and seepage rules can be summarized. Through relation between seepage pressure and reservoir water level, as well as potential analysis, even though seepage amount was large, the conclusion that Jilintan I hydropower station was stable and safe was proved.
