摘    要:针对非均质油藏多层合采油井开采层间干扰严重、低压层产油潜力动用低的问题,开展了恒排量分层采油工艺技术研究。详述了恒排量分层采油工艺技术的设计思路、结构原理,对技术的核心配套工具——恒排量采油装置的工作原理、室内实验等做了详细的阐述。该技术通过对高压高产层的出液量控制,实现了对井下各层的恒排量配产,降低了井底流压,保证了低压层的有效动用。

Separate-layer oil production technology with constant displacement
Abstract:In order to solve the problems of serious interlayer interference and low productivity of low pressure layer in heterogeneous reservoir multilayer commingled well, the research of separate-layer oil production technology with constant displacement is carried out. The design idea and structural principle of the technology are expatiated. The oil production equipment, the core accessory tool, is stated in detail in terms of its operating principle and indoor experiment. The constant displacement production rate distribution is realized through controlling the flow rate of high pressure and high production layer, thus decreasing the bottomhole flow pressure and ensuring the effective development of low pressure layer.
