| 摘 要： | 随着运营商在各省进行经营分析、决策支持等系统的建设，商务智能技术已成为电信企业日常工作中进行业务分析的一种有效的工具，并在运营商的经营分析系统建设中取得一些进步。通过分析经营分析系统下阶段发展重点分析，提出经营分析系统下阶段发展重点建议。

| Abstract: | Along with the construction of operation analyse and decision making systems by telecom operators, BI technologies has became an effective tool for regular business analysis. And operators has obtained some advancement in BI application for their OAS. This paper first analyses the system of OAS, then makes some suggestions on OAS phase construction. |
