大型挤压联合粉磨系统助磨剂的选择

通过实验室研究和工业性试验,找到了适合大型挤压联合粉磨系统的助磨剂,试验结果表明：格雷斯助磨剂是目前较适应于大型挤压联合开流粉磨系统的水泥助磨剂,能有效降低0μm~3μm颗粒含量,增加3μm~30μm含量,有效提高水泥磨粉磨效率,大幅度提高台时产量,改善水泥性能。

Choice on grinding aid in large-scale co-extrusion grinding system

Through research in laboratory and commercial test,the grinding aid suitable for large-scale co-extrusion grinding system is found in this paper.It shows that Grace grinding aid are fit for the grinding process at present,they can reduce the content of 0 μm～3 μm particles,increase the content of 3 μm～30 μm,enhance the efficiency of cement grinding,increase the output and improve cement performance.
