混凝土防护涂层的渗透性和抗紫外线性能研究

摘    要:论述了混凝土表面防护涂层的特点,设计8种防护涂层体系,并介绍混凝土样块的表面涂层制备过程.通过对底漆进行微观渗透性的观察和面漆的抗紫外线性能试验,分析试验结果,最终选定第2,6种涂层体系为最优设计,能够为室外的大型混凝土建筑提供优秀的腐蚀防护.

Abstract:The characteristic of protection coating on concrete structure,designs 8 kinds protection coating systems is discusscd,and the preparation process on the protection coating of concrete sample is introduced.Through the microscopic examination of penetrant efficiency on primer paint and testing of anti-ultraviolet radiation capability on the topcoat paint,analyses testing results and makes the best choice of the second and the sixth coating systems,which can provide the best anticorrosion and protection for the large concrete structure on the outside.
