化学沉积Ni-Zn-P-TiO_2纳米复合镀层及其性能研究

摘    要:采用化学沉积方法获得了Ni-Zn-P-TiO2纳米复合镀层,并采用SEM、EDS和XRD对复合镀层进行了表征。研究了Ni-Zn-P镀液中纳米TiO2粒子加入量对沉积行为的影响和沉积层在流动的0.05M盐酸介质中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,纳米TiO2粒子的加入会影响复合镀层的沉积速度和镀层中纳米TiO2粒子的包覆量;随着盐酸介质冲击镀层的角度的减小及其流速的增加,镀层的质量损失增大;在流动的腐蚀性介质中,化学沉积的Ni-Zn-P-TiO2纳米复合镀层的耐腐蚀性能优于化学沉积的Ni-Zn-P镀层。

Abstract:Ni-Zn-P-TiO2 nano-composite coatings were prepared by a chemical depositing procedure and characteri-zed by means of SEM,EDS and XRD.The effect of nano-sized TiO2 particles added to Ni-Zn-P deposition bath on the depositing action was investigated.The corrosion behavior of deposited coating was tested in flowing 0.05 M hydrochloric acid solution.The experimental results are as follows:(a) the addition amount of nano-sized TiO2 particles will have influence on the deposition rate of Ni-P-TiO2 coatig and onTiO2 content in it;(b) the weight loss of Ni-Zn-P-TiO2 coating will increase with the decrease in the angle at which the hydrochloric acid solution impinges on the coating or with the increase in the flow rate of hydrochloric acid solution;(c) Ni-Zn-P-TiO2 nano-composite coating has better corrosion resistance than Ni-Zn-P coating in flowing corrosive medium.
