多节刚性拉杆制造工艺研究

摘    要:研究了DNV多节刚性拉杆的生产工艺流程及其实施过程、质量控制方法和热处理工艺.结果表明,采用880℃正火+840~850℃油淬火+540℃和520℃二次回火的热处理工艺,可使多节刚性拉杆获得最佳性能,且该热处理工艺的效率高,生产成本低.

Abstract:The flowchart with its performance,quality control measure and heat treatment process were investigated for DNV rigid multi-joint tie.The results indicate that rigid multi-joint tie normalized at 880 ℃ and quenched in K-oil from 840~850 ℃ as well as double tempered at 540 ℃ and 520 ℃ can reach the best performance.The above heat treatment process is of high efficiency and of low cost.
