| 摘 要： | 车轮可靠性预测的主要目的是为了确定车轮的使用寿命 .用图解法对 1 0个车轮样本寿命试验结果进行分析 ,得出车轮的失效规律为威布尔分布 .因此 ,可采用威布尔概率纸对车轮的可靠性进行预测 ,得到疲劳寿命下的车轮的可靠度和用威布尔斜率表示的车轮失效分布形状 .使用该方法所得的分析结果与样本数量有关 ,样本数量越多 ,其分析的可靠程度越高 .

| Abstract: | The main purpose of the wheel's reliability prediction is to determine the wheel's lifetime. Using graphic method to analyze the ten wheel samples' fatigue failure dates, it could be concluded that the wheel's fatigue failure law is Weibull Distribution. Based on this conclusion, the method of Weibull Probability Paper could be used to predict the wheel's reliability, the reliability at the fatigue lifetime and the wheel's failure distribution with the Weibull Slope are gotten. The analyzed result obtained with this method is related to the number of the sample, the greater the number of the sample, the more reliable of the result. |
