基于磁致伸缩效应导波的数值模拟和实验研究

摘    要:利用数值模拟和实验研究两种手段,从频散的角度分析了基于磁致伸缩效应的导波无损检测技术在圆管检测中的应用。参照数值计算结果,实验中采用不同频率激励纵向模态导波。通过实验对比发现,频率为f=20kHz左右时导波频散最小,且L(0,1)模态的导波适合用于管道检测。实验检测到的钢管不同孔径缺陷信号与数值模拟结果相吻合。

Abstract:In view of dispersion,the application of guided wave NDT of pipe based on magnetostrictive effect was analyzed by the combination of numerical simulation and experimental research.According to the simulated numerical results,the longitudinal mode guided waves at different frequencies were excited in the experiments.The dispersion of guided wave at f=20kHz is little by contrasting the experimental results,and L(0,1) mode is suitable for the pipe inspection.The signals of different diametric defects are detected clearly.The experimental results agree with which of numerical simulation.
