摘    要:选用焦磷酸钠作分散剂、碳酸钠作钠化剂.探讨了安徽某地膨润土矿湿法提纯及钠化改型的优化工艺。结果表明:当矿泉质量分数为20%,分散剂和钠化剂量分别为0.5%和5%,钠化3h可使膨润土的性能得到很大改善。

Abstract:The purifying and its Na+-transformation technology of bentonite from Anhui was discussed with using sodium phrophosphate as dispersantant and sodium carbonate as sodium cations(Na+-).The results showed that the optimum technologic conditions for the purification of bentonite and Na+-transformation were bentonite 100 grams,solid-liquid ratio 20%,stirring time 3 hours,dispersant 0.5%,sodium cations 5%,and the properties of purifi ed bentonite and the Na+-transformation were improved.
