| 摘 要： | 针对西开电气新研发的具有智能化功能的ZF8A-550/Y5000-63 GIS,笔者介绍了该产品的主要技术参数、特点及性能,重点介绍了智能化装置、国产化大功率液压机构的主要技术参数、特点及性能。系统地归纳、总结了该产品研发过程中主要研究及设计内容、零部件国产化研究情况,并对样机有关试验项目具体试验情况进行了介绍。产品样机在国家高压电器质量监督检验中心进行了全套型式试验,通过了中国机械工业联合会组织的产品鉴定,并已应用于国家水利发电枢纽工程三峡地下发电站。

| Abstract: | The technical parameters,features and performance of ZF8A-550/Y5000-63 GIS developed by Xi'an XD Switchgear Electric Co.,Ltd.are introduced,and emphasis is laid on the intelligent device and home-made high-power hydraulic mechanism with their technical parameters,features and performances.The developing process and design detail,percentage of home-made parts,and test results of the prototype are summed up.The overall type tests of the prototype were performed in the National Center of High Voltage Electrical Equipment Quality Supervision,and it has passed the product evaluation organized by the China Machine Industry Association.Now the GIS equipment has been applied to the underground power plant of the Three-Gorge Project. |
