摘    要:济钢第三炼钢厂通过确保快换前后的钢水温度、提高中间包及浸入式水口的烘烤质量以及采用连接件连接接头等措施,实现了中间包快换。快换时间为2~3min。中间包快换技术大大提高了铸机作业率,连浇炉数由快换前的16炉提高到48炉以上。钢水收得率由97.67%提高到97.93%,月均提高产量4094.92t。

Abstract:By ensuring the temperature of molten steel fore quick change and after, improving the baking quality of tundish and submerged tube and adopting attaching parts to connect the joins, No.3 Steel-making Plant of Jigang has realized the tundish quick-change, which time is 2 - 3min. It has enhanced the work rate of caster greatly. The continuous casting heats increase to 48 heats from 16 and the molten recovery to 97.93% from 97.67%, the average increasing of production amount to 4094.92t a month.
