| 摘 要： | 3 直接评定法实例2——金属材料维氏硬度试验测量结果不确定度的评定
在金属材料硬度试验中维氏硬度试验方法测定的硬度范围较宽，特别适用于各种表面处理后的渗层或镀层的硬度以及较小、较薄工件的硬度，还可用于测定合金中组成相的硬度，而且是最精确的一种方法，然而测定结果也存在着不确定度，这可采用直接评定法进行。
