石煤无盐焙烧--酸浸提钒工艺试验研究

摘    要:采用五种不同工艺对湖北某地区石煤进行提钒试验,通过对焙烧温度、焙烧时间、硫酸用量和酸浸时间等工艺参数进行研究表明,在物料粒度-0.147mm、焙烧温度900~950℃、焙烧时间1~1.5h、酸浸温度常温、硫酸用量为总质量的2.5%和酸浸时间1h的条件下,钒转浸率可达77.51%~80.33%。该石煤采用无盐焙烧-酸浸工艺提钒取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The experiment of extracting vanadium in five different technologies from stone coal of one place in Hubei indicated that according to the research on the parameters of the technology, including roasting temperature, roasting time, dosage of sulfuric acid and acid leaching time, the leaching percentage of vanadium could reach 77.51% - 80.33% under the conditions of the granularity of material - 0. 147 mm, the roasting temperature 900 - 950 ℃, roasting time 1 - 1.5 h, the normal leaching temperature, the dosage of sulfuric acid of total quality 2.5% and the acid leaching time 1 h. No salt roasting and acid leaching process could get better result.
