利用宏程序提高椭圆曲面加工精度的研究

摘    要:在现今的数控系统中,无论硬件数控系统,还是软件数控系统,插补的基本原理相同,只是实现插补运算的方法有所区别,常见直线插补和圆弧插补,没有椭圆插补,手工常规编程也无法编制出标准椭圆加工程序。文中结合“四心法”和“直线逼近法”两种椭圆曲面的加工,分析得出采用拟合计算,利用宏程序方式,即可手工编写简捷高效的标准椭圆程序,也可以通过改变自变量的增量来提高曲面的加工精度。

Abstract:In the numerical control system, the hardware or the software of CNC system follows the same interpolation principle, but their interpolation method are different, which includes common linear interpolation and circular interpolation except elliptic interpolation. Manual conventional programming cannot develop the standard elliptic processing program. Based on the four centre method, the linear approximation method, the fitting calculation and macro-programming, the standard elliptic surface program can be achieved manually. The surface machining accuracy can be improved by changing the increment of independent variable.
