摘    要:本文介绍了所开发的多功能发动机数据采集及分析系统,该系统可以对发动机的运行工况参数、排放等进行实时采集、图形化显示,在线调整电控发动机的控制参数,同时还实现了高格度的气缸压力数据采集。研究结果表明,该系统运行可靠,操作方便,该系统的研制成功对于加快发动机试验进程以及加速发动机电控系统的优化匹配具有重要意义。

Abstract:This paper presents the multi-functional data recording and processing system for engine. The functions of this system include the data recording, displaying graphically and the analysis of operation factors and exhaust in real-time, and adjusting the control variables for electronic control engine online. The data recording and processing of pressure in cylinder for engine is also one characteristic of this system. The study results show that the system runs well and can be handled easily. The success of development of this system can bring great help to speeding up the testing process and the optimum matchig tests of electronic control unit for engine.
