铲运机动臂抗断裂强度的可靠性设计

摘    要:以疲劳断裂前裂纹长度为输出参数,利用可靠性技术中漂移设计原理,对在一定循环次数的失效率或给定不失效概率的循环次数的计算方法进行研究。结合实例,在给定循环次数和可靠度的条件下,对铲运机动臂抗断裂强度进行可靠性设计。

Abstract:The calculation methods of invalidation performance under a given degree or circle degree under a certain probability of non-invalidation were researched,by using both crack-leng before fatigue fracture as output parameter and drift principle in reliability technic.A example was also presented,in which the reliable design was used to counter-fracture intensity of loader boom at the condition of a given circle degree and reliability.
