齿轮啮合中的摩擦激励频率分析与润滑降噪特性研究

摘    要:采用噪声频谱分析的方法对C630车床床头箱挂轮在不同情况下的振动噪声进行测试,分析了各种振动情况的频率成分,证明了齿轮摩擦激励频率为啮合频率2倍的结论.研究结果表明:摩擦激励频率与固有频率没有直接关系;采用润滑降噪剂能有效抑制摩擦激励.

Abstract:The vibration and noise of gear of C630 lathe head stock was tested with noise spectrum analysis technology,and the various frequency components in the different conditions were analyzed,which proves that the friction excitation frequency of gear is two times that of gear meshing frequency.The results show that the friction excitation frequency is not directly related to inherent frequency,the lubrication can restrain the high-frequency components of noise effectively.
