摘    要:本文介绍了φ140自动轧管机组生产大直径薄壁管时,壁厚不均沿横断面的分布特点。生产大直径薄壁管,适当增加轧管机第一道减壁量,可以改善螺旋形分布的壁厚不均,降低壁厚超出公差的待修品率。


AN EFFECTIVE MEASURE TAKEN TO UNIFORM WALL THICKNESS OF LARGE DIAMETER AND LIGHT WALL PIPES ON φ140 MILL
Abstract:The distribuution of non-uniform wall thinkness in cross-section of large diameter and thin wall pipes produced on φ140 plug mill is described. In the production of large diameter and thin wall pipes, non-uniform wall thickness distributed in spirality can be improved and the products whose wall thickenss is out of tolerance range and needs grinding can be decreased by properly increasing the wall thickness reduction amount in the first pass.
