| 摘 要： | 针对现场使用的大型立式浓酸泵故障频繁问题，结合新型合金材料的研制应用与泵结构的优化设计，成功开发出一种适应高温浓硫酸工况的大型立式泵。使用证明，该泵具有技术先进、结构合理、维护简单、稳定性高、故障率低等优点。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the frequent faults of the large vertical concentrated sulphuric acid pump, combining development and application of the new alloy material and optimization design of the pump structure, this paper develops successfully a large vertical pump to adapt the working condition of high-temperature and concentrated sulphuric acid. The result shows that the pump is advanced in technology, reasonable in structure, simple in maintenance, high in stability and low in fault rate. |
