基于SolidWorks斜齿轮的参数化设计

根据当前计算机辅助设计/制造(CAD/CAM)的需要,简述了2种三维造型的设计方法,并详细论述了基于SolidWorks的斜齿轮CAD软件系统的参数化开发技术。利用Visual Basic应用程序和SolidWorks接口应用程序,设计了一个斜齿轮的参数化模型。在这个模型中按相关提示输入渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮的5个基本参数以及齿宽,即可得到精确的渐开线斜齿轮三维实体模型。对提高齿轮产品的设计、制造和装配精度有一定的指导意义。

Parameters Design of the Helical Gear Based on the Solid Works

Based on the requirement of computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM)at present,two de- signing methods of three-dimensions model are introduced.The development of the parameter design technology of helical gear CAD software system based on the SolidWorks is discussed in detail.Combined the Visual Basic program with interface pro- gram of SolidWorks,the parameterized model of helical gear is built.In this model,while inputting five basic parameters of invo- lute helical cylindrical gear as well as tooth face width,the accu- rate 3D solid model of the gear will be attained automatically.It is useful for improving the accuracy of design,assembly and manufacturing for the gear product.
