综采工作面过陷落柱注浆加固技术应用研究

摘    要:为使综采工作面顺利通过陷落柱区域,通过分析注浆加固的原理,结合陷落柱的分布特征设计了分次注浆加固方案.随后根据注浆加固的需求,选择材料并进行单轴压缩试验,为不同部分的注浆选择相应的水灰比,通过钻孔窥视进行注浆效果检验.结果表明,注浆水灰比选择合理,浆液与煤体固结良好,陷落柱处巷道围岩变形减小.

Abstract:In order for the fully mechanized mining face to pass through the collapsed column area smoothly,a step-by-step grouting reinforcement scheme is designed by analyzing the principle of grouting reinforcement and combining the distribution characteristics of the collapsed column.Subsequently,according to the requirements of grouting reinforcement,materials are selected and uniaxial compression experiments are carried out to select the corresponding water-cement ratio for different parts of the grouting.Finally,the grouting effect is tested by drilling holes.The results show that the water-cement ratio of grouting is reasonable,the grout is well consolidated with the coal,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway at the collapse column is reduced.
