8605工作面坚硬砂岩顶板深孔预裂爆破卸压技术研究

摘    要:煤峪口矿8605回采工作面顶板为厚硬砂岩顶板,采面推过后不能及时垮落,在悬露顶板作用下工作面矿压显现强烈、支架工作阻力增高、煤壁片帮破坏。针对以上难题,提出深孔预裂爆破技术对顶板进行卸压,设计了深孔预裂爆破参数。应用效果表明:采取深孔预裂爆破措施后,随着工作面推进不再出现顶板悬露现象,工作面来压平稳,支架工作阻力在可控范围内。

Abstract:The roof of the 8605 working face in Meiyukou Mine is thick hard sandstone roof,which can't collapse in time after the face is pushed.Under the action of the hanging roof,the working pressure of the working face is strong,the working resistance of the support is increased,and the coal wall is damaged.In view of the above problems,the deep hole presplitting blasting technology is proposed to relieve the pressure of the roof,and the deep hole presplitting blasting parameters are designed.The application results show that after taking the deep hole presplitting blasting measures,with the advance of the working face,there is no longer the phenomenon of roof hanging,the working face is flattened and stable,and the working resistance of the support is within the controllable range.
