综放开采沿空留巷围岩控制技术研究

摘    要:为了提高矿井煤炭回收率并缓解采面采掘接替紧张局面,针对三元煤矿4305综放工作面沿空留巷围岩控制存在的问题,提出以超前切顶卸压+顶板补强支护+巷帮挡矸支护+采后临时支护为核心的围岩控制技术.现场应用后,留巷段顶板、底板及巷帮位移量分别为88 mm、29mm及65 mm,同时可多回收煤炭约36 万t.

Abstract:In order to improve the recovery rate of coal mine and alleviate the tension of mining replacement,Aiming at the problems of surrounding rock control of gob side entry retaining in 4305 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Sanyuan Coal Mine.The surrounding rock control technology with the overhead cutting+roof reinforcement support+gangge retaining in roadway+temporary support for mining is put forward.After field application,the displacement of roof,floor and side of roadway are 88mm、29mm and 65mm,respectively.At the same time,more than 360,000 t of coal are recovered.
