摘    要:12105胶运顺槽掘进工作面煤层顶底板均为泥岩,且水量较大,在原有锚网索支护基础上,提出了提高锚杆索预紧力、锚杆全长锚固以及浅部围岩注浆等优化方案。现场观测表明,浅部注浆后围岩较为完整,整体性较好,不存在明显的节理裂隙,支护效果良好。

Abstract:The top and bottom plate of coal seam in the 12105 rubber channel driving face are mudstone,and the water quantity is large.On the basis of the original bolting and mesh cable support,the optimization schemes such as improving the pretightening force of bolt cable,anchoring the full length of bolt and grouting of shallow surrounding rock are put forward.Field observation shows that the surrounding rock is relatively complete,the integrity is good,there is no obvious joint fissure,and the support effect is good.
