主斜井施工过老空区时的支护设计

摘    要:在蛤蟆沟煤业新建主斜井井筒掘进穿过上组煤2#煤层20112回采工作面采空区期间,合理确定支护区段划分,采取有针对性的预注浆充填、加固、井筒巷道锚网索+钢带+U型钢架棚等联合支护,保证了井筒顺利通过采空区,为同类别巷道支护方案设计提供了较为具体和合理的工程实践依据。

Abstract:During the tunneling of the new main inclined shaft of the Toad Ditch Coal Mine through the goaf of 20112 working face in No.2 coal seam of the upper group,the division of the supporting section is reasonably determined,and the combined support of targeted pre grouting filling,reinforcement,shaft roadway anchor mesh cable+steel belt+U-shaped steel frame shed was adopted to ensure the smooth passage of the shaft through the goaf,which provides a more concrete and reasonable engineering practice basis for the design of the similar roadway support scheme.
