常兴煤业厚层软顶预裂充填沿空留巷技术研究

摘    要:以常兴煤业厚层软顶工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析、现场工业性试验的方法,分析了试验巷道变形破坏特征,提出了预裂充填沿空留巷稳定控制机理,开发了厚层软顶预裂充填沿空留巷技术,设计了预裂充填和沿空留巷支护相关参数。现场试验表明,该技术有效降低了工作面采动影响范围,实现了厚层软顶沿空留巷稳定控制,可用于指导厚层软顶沿空留巷设计。

Abstract:Taking the thick soft roof working face of Changxing Coal Industry as the engineering background,the paper analyzes the deformation and failure characteristics of the test roadway by using the methods of theoretical analysis and field industrial test,puts forward the stability control mechanism of gob side entry retaining with pre splitting filling,develops the gob side entry retaining technology with thick soft roof pre splitting filling,and designs the relevant parameters of pre splitting filling and gob side entry retaining support.The field test shows that the technology can effectively reduce the influence range of mining,realize the stability control of gob side entry retaining with thick soft roof,and can be used to guide the design of gob side entry retaining with thick soft roof.
