风筒圈自动喷雾除尘系统在巷道掘进中应用

针对传统巷道掘进过程中风机通风除尘时扬尘大、能见度低、降尘效果差等技术难题,五里堠煤矿通过技术研究,对传统通风除尘系统以及喷雾洒水系统防尘现状及主要存在的问题进行分析,提出了风筒圈自动喷雾除尘系统。实际应用效果表明,该系统可根据巷道内风量及粉尘浓度自动控制洒水量,提高了通风除尘自动化水平,取得了良好成效。

Application of Automatic Spray and Dust Removal System for Air Duct Ring in Tunnel Boring

Aiming at the technical problems of ventilation,dust removal,poor visibility and poor dust removal in the process of ventilation and dust removal in the traditional tunnel excavation process,through the technical research of the Wulihou Coal,the present situation and main problems of the traditional ventilation and dust removal system and the spray sprinkling system are analyzed,and the automatic spray dust removal system of the ventilator ring is put forward.The practical application results show that the system can automatically control the amount of sprinkling water according to the air volume and dust concentration in the roadway,improve the automation level of ventilation and dust removal,and achieve good results.
