摘    要:利用多噬香鞘氨醇单胞菌对陕西神府褐煤进行降解实验,通过单因素和正交实验确定了多噬香鞘氨醇单胞菌降解陕西神府褐煤的最佳工艺条件.煤样预处理采用10 mol/L硝酸氧化,煤样粒度为0.074 mm~0.125 mm,菌液量为8 mL/50 mL(培养基),降解时间为14 d,培养温度为35℃,培养方式为摇床培养,此时最大降...

Abstract:Degradation experiments of Shaanxi Shenfu lignite were carried out with Sphingomonas polyaromaticivorans.The optimum technological conditions of Sphingomonas polyaromaticivorans degrading Shenfu lignite were determined by single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows:nitric acid of 10 mol/L,coal particle size of 0.074 mm-0.125 mm,bacterial liquid amount of 8 mL/50 mL(medium),degradation time of 14 days,culture temperature of 35℃and shaking-bed culture mode,and the maximum degradation rate is 78%.The degradation products were characterized by SEM,N2 adsorption,FTIR,UV-vis and GC-MS.SEM analysis show that there are more gullies on the surface of Shenfu oxidized coal after microbial treatment.N2 adsorption analysis show that the pore size and specific surface area of nitric acid oxidized coal significantly increase compared with that of raw coal.The pore structure of oxidized coal change and the pore size and specific surface area of oxidized coal decrease after the action of Sphingomonas polyaromaticivorans.The analysis of FTIR,UV-vis and GC-MS show that there are aromatics,hydrocarbons,ester,phenols and amides in the liquid product.
