| 摘 要： | 为有效解决传统驱动系统的大功率带式输送机磨损快、能耗高等问题,采用永磁同步变频驱动控制系统对30405工作面运输巷带式输送机驱动系统进行改造。该驱动系统比传统的CST驱动系统能耗降低21.7%,巷道工程投入减少。

| Abstract: | For solving the problems of fast wear and high energy consumption of high power belt conveyor in traditional drive system,permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion drive control system is used to transform the drive system of belt conveyor in the 30405 working face.The energy consumption of the drive system is 21.7%lower than that of the traditional CST drive system,and the input of roadway engineering is reduced. |
