煤矿下向孔孔底积水排放技术应用

摘    要:为提高下向孔抽采瓦斯效率,研制包括排水三通、瓦斯抽采管、筛管、孔内排水管以及煤水渣分离器的下向孔排水装置,实现了高落差下向孔积水排放;使用该装置进行工程试验,数据分析结果表明:单孔抽采浓度最高提升了11.50倍,孔组流量最高提升了20.30倍,大幅提升了煤层瓦斯抽采效率。现场试验结果证明下向孔排水装置排水增产效果显著,对矿井安全高效生产有着重要的工程意义。

Abstract:In order to improve the gas extraction efficiency of the downward hole, develops the drainage device for the downward hole including drainage tee, gas extraction tube, sieve tube, drainage tube in the hole and coal-water separator, which achieves high head drainage. The device is applied to engineering test, and the result of data analysis shows that the extraction concentration is superlatively increased by 1 150%, and that the pure flow is superlatively increased by 2 030%, which testifies the significantly improved gas extraction efficiency. The engineering test results indicate that the developed drainage device can be applied to the downward hole to promote gas extraction effect observably, which is of great significance to the continued safe and efficient production of the mine.
