深孔爆破切顶卸压护巷技术在迎采动掘巷中的应用

摘    要:为解决迎采动掘巷大变形的难题,以官地矿22610综采工作面为研究对象,在分析了采空区侧向煤体内支承压力基础上,采用深孔爆破切顶卸压护巷技术,达到改善煤柱应力环境、控制工作面隅角悬顶的作用.工程应用效果表明:采用该技术后,工作面支架后垮落充分,无悬顶,相邻迎采动掘巷变形量均在使用要求范围之内,取得良好效果.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of large deformation of driving roadway in face of mining,taking the 22610 fully mechanized working face of Guandi Mine as the research object,based on the analysis of lateral abutment pressure in goaf,the deep hole blasting roof cutting and pressure relief technology is adopted to improve the stress environment of coal pillar and control the corner hanging roof of working face.The engineering application results show that after using this technology,the support of the working face collapses fully,there is no hanging roof,and the deformation of the adjacent driving roadway is within the scope of the use requirements,and good results are achieved.
