Abstract:With the change of coal situation,coal enterprises are carrying out all kinds of reform,Yanzhou Datong Mining Co.,Ltd.actively conforms to the transformation and upgrading of the times,always insists on putting talents first,constantly perfecting enterprise culture,strengthening staff training,actively carrying out salary reform,increasing scientific and technological investment,and insisting on the common development of talents and enterprises.
