1301工作面辅运顺槽围岩变形特征及支护效果模拟

摘    要:利用FLAC 4.0建立物理模型对1301工作面辅运顺槽围岩变形特征进行数值模拟。计算发现该辅运顺槽围岩变形破坏范围较大且剧烈,属于Ⅳ类不稳定煤层巷道。根据初次模拟结论和工程实践经验,进行巷道的支护设计并进行二次模拟,结果表明,巷道顶板和两帮围岩的塑性破坏范围降低明显,同时位移量得到有效控制。

Abstract:By using the FLAC 4.0 to establish a physical model,the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in the auxiliary channel of the 1301 working face are numerically simulated.It is found that the deformation and failure range of the surrounding rock in the auxiliary channel is large and severe,which belongs to the class IV unstable coal seam roadway.According to the initial simulation conclusion and engineering practice experience,the support design of roadway and the secondary simulation are carried out.The results show that the plastic failure range of roadway roof and surrounding rock is obviously reduced,and the displacement is effectively controlled at the same time.
