超磁分离技术在干河煤矿矿井水处理中的应用

摘    要:针对山西霍宝干河煤矿矿井水处理能力不足的问题,进行了矿井水处理二期工程的建设。该矿井水处理项目采用超磁分离技术处理工艺,设计能力1400 m3/d。对超磁分离技术处理工艺工作原理与特点、工艺流程、系统设计进行了分析,处理后的矿井水全部达到工业用水水质要求和排放标准。

Abstract:Aiming at the shortage of mine water treatment capacity in Huobao Ganhe Coal Mine in Shanxi Province,the second phase of mine water treatment project is constructed.The mine water treatment project adopts the treatment technology of ultra-magnetic separation technology,and the design capacity is 1400 m3/d.The working principle,characteristics,process flow and system design of ultra magnetic separation technology are analyzed.The treated mine water can meet the requirements of industrial water quality and discharge standard.
