基于顺层钻孔的钻割一体化卸压增透技术研究

摘    要:为解决新义矿不具备穿层钻孔施工条件且顺层钻孔消突效果差的问题,在12030轨道顺槽试验了松软低透气性煤层顺层钻孔卸压增透技术.结果 表明:钻割一体化技术在退钻过程中进行高压射流旋转切片间断式割缝,相比普通钻孔,钻孔扰动煤体体积提高24.3倍,影响煤体表面积提高6倍,瓦斯抽采量提高3.06倍,说明该技术卸压增透效果明显.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that Xinyi Coal Mine does not have the construction conditions of cross layer drilling and the effect of outburst elimination of cross layer drilling is poor,the pressure relief and permeability enhancement technology of cross layer drilling in soft and low permeability coal seam was tested in the 12030 track channel.The results show that compared with ordinary drilling,the volume of coal disturbed by drilling is increased by 24.3 times,the surface area of coal affected by drilling is increased by 6 times,and the gas extraction rate is increased by 3.06 times,which shows that the effect of pressure relief and permeability enhancement is obvious.
