孤岛工作面破碎巷道强力支护技术研究

摘    要:为探究孤岛工作面巷道围岩控制技术,以王坡煤业3210工作面运输巷为背景,研究了孤岛状态下巷道变形规律,确定了巷道注浆加固和全长锚索的强力支护方案。现场应用状态下,巷道顶底板移近量保持在136 mm,两帮移近量保持在105 mm,锚索受力稳定,巷道围岩完整性得到保证,满足了3210孤岛工作面生产服务要求。

Abstract:In order to explore the surrounding rock control technology of isolated island working face,taking the transportation roadway of the 3210 working face of Wangpo Coal Industry as the background,the deformation law of roadway under isolated island state was studied,and the strong support scheme of roadway grouting reinforcement and full-length anchor cable was determined.Under the field application state,the displacement of roadway roof and floor was kept at 136mm,the displacement of two sides was kept at 105mm.The force of anchor cable is stable,the integrity of surrounding rock of roadway is guaranteed,and the production service requirement of the 3210 isolated face is satisfied.
