| 摘 要： | 为解决井下无极绳绞车在运输过程中出现的跑车现象,对无极绳绞车跑车的原因进行分析研究,设计一套基于无极绳绞车以及安全梭车的保护装置,梭车采用液压制动以及电控制动两种紧急制动模式。采取新防护装置应用60 d内,绞车空载或满载状态下没有出现钢丝绳断开、掉钩、脱销断销等情况引起的跑车事故,各项性能参数符合要求,绞车运输系统的安全稳定性提高。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the sports car phenomenon of endless rope winch in the transportation process,this paper analyzes the reasons of endless rope winch sports car,and designs a set of protection device based on endless rope winch and safety shuttle car.The shuttle car adopts two emergency braking modes:hydraulic braking and electric braking.Within 60 days after the application of the new protective device,there are no sports car accidents caused by wire rope breaking,hook dropping,pin breaking,etc.under the condition of no-load or full load of the winch.All performance parameters meet the requirements,and the safety and stability of the winch transportation system is improved. |
