淋水巷道顶板失稳原因及控制技术研究

摘    要:为解决淋水巷道顶板稳定性差的问题,以潞宁矿22116运输巷为工程背景,对淋水巷道顶板失稳原因及其控制技术展开研究。结果表明:巷道顶板在水侵蚀作用下弱化,支护的承载性能衰减,进而导致巷道顶板失稳。针对顶板失稳原因,采用高预应力锚索支护和有控疏水技术控制巷道,现场位移监测结果表明,巷道顶板移近量<50 mm,两帮移近量<39 mm。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of poor stability of the roof of the water-pouring roadway,the reasons for roof instability and the control technology of the roof of the water-pouring roadway are studied through theoretical analysis and calculation based on the 22116 transportation roadway of Luning Mine.The results show that the roof of roadway is weakened under the action of water erosion and the bearing capacity of support is attenuated,which leads to the roof instability of roadway.According to the reason of roof instability,the roadway was controlled by high-prestressed anchor cable support and controlled drainage technology.The field displacement monitoring results showed that the roadway roof displacement was<50mm and the two sides displacement was<39mm.
