SL-500型采煤机拖缆机构的优化

摘    要:针对马道头煤业井下采煤机拖缆机构所存在的拖缆机构使用寿命低、缠线等问题,对其过载保护装置、转接装置等进行优化设计。实际应用表明,优化后拖缆机构运行时的最大应力集中比优化前降低了67.4%,最大变形量比优化前降低了71.4%,对生产效率的影响降低了96.4%。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low service life and winding of the towing cable mechanism of the underground shearer in Madoutou Coal Industry,the overload protection device and the transfer device are optimized.The practical application shows that the maximum stress concentration,the maximum deformation and the influence on the production efficiency are reduced by 67.4%,71.4%and 96.4%respectively.
