深部高地压井巷顶板支护技术研究

摘    要:针对深部高地压煤层巷道顶板受高地应力与回采动压叠加影响,造成巷道急剧变形,以红阳三矿北二采区1210-2工作面运输顺槽为例,分析了顶板破坏机理及变形规律,恒阻锚索具有可控变形、同时保持恒阻的特性,采用现场监测、理论分析和井下试验相结合的方法开展研究,经过对比,恒阻锚索能够起到释放应力峰值,控制巷道变形量,保证支护强度,满足回采运输巷断面要求。

Abstract:The roadway roof in deep high pressure coal seam is affected by the superposition of high ground stress and mining dynamic pressure,taking the transportation gateway of 1210-2 working face in north No.2 mining area of Hongyang No.3 coal mine as an example, the rapid deformation of roadway was caused,the failure mechanism and deformation law of roof are analyzed. The constant resistance anchor cable has the characteristics of controllable deformation and constant resistance, through comparison, the constant resistance anchor cable can release the peak stress, control the deformation of roadway, ensure the support strength and meet the cross-section requirements of mining and transportation roadway.
