破碎顶板巷道失稳原因与注浆加固支护技术研究

摘    要:以13102运输联巷为工程背景,通过现场调研和理论分析,研究了巷道变形失稳原因和注浆加固支护技术。结果表明,由于围岩强度低以及构造等原因导致13102运输联巷顶板较破碎。引进高压注浆及锚网索支护技术后,提高了巷道顶板岩体的完整性,顶底板移近量控制在60 mm以内,两帮移近量控制在70 mm以内。

Abstract:Based on the engineering background of the 13102 transportation roadway,through field investigation and theoretical analysis,the causes of roadway deformation and instability and grouting reinforcement support technology are studied.The results show that:due to the low strength of surrounding rock and structure and other reasons,the roof of the 13102 transportation roadway is relatively broken.After the introduction of high-pressure grouting and anchor mesh cable support technology,the integrity of the roof rock mass of the roadway is improved,and the approach of the roof and floor of the roadway is controlled within 60 mm,and the approach of the two sides is controlled within 70 mm.
