煤矿智能化煤流控制系统应用分析

摘    要:针对煤矿传统煤流系统在实际应用中图像对比度差、识别可靠性不高、只能进行轻度调速等技术难题,根据实际提出了智能化煤流控制系统,分析了该系统结构组成,并在寺河煤矿二号井井下煤流系统中进行应用。应用效果表明,该煤流自动调速系统降低了空载率,降低了设备维修成本费用,提高了节能效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the technical problems of poor image contrast,low recognition reliability and only slight speed regulation in the practical application of traditional coal flow system in coal mine,the intelligent coal flow control system is put forward according to the actual situation,the system structure is analyzed,and applied in the underground coal flow system of No.2 Well in Sihe Coal Mine.The application results show that the coal flow automatic speed control system reduces the no-load rate,reduces the equipment maintenance cost,and improves the energy-saving effect.
