工作面超前支护区注浆施工技术研究

摘    要:为解决采煤工作面超前支护工序繁琐、劳动强度大、工作面推进慢、巷道变形严重等问题,以工作面运输巷为工程背景,现场调研对巷道围岩支护进行分析,采用工程类比法分析提出超前支护区注浆施工技术,通过数值模拟对巷道支护进行重新设计.试验结果表明,实施注浆后,顶板围岩裂隙内浆液充填范围广,巷道变形控制效果较好.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of complicated working procedure,high labor intensity,slow advancing of working face and serious deformation of roadway in coal mine,the surrounding rock support of roadway is analyzed by field investigation based on the transportation roadway of a coal mine working face,and the grouting construction technology of advanced support area is proposed by engineering analogy method.Through numerical simulation,the roadway support is redesigned.The industrial test results show that after grouting in advance of the roadway roof,the slurry filling range in the roof surrounding rock fracture is wide,and the roadway deformation control effect is good.
